Ammonia Liquid Level Controllers

Liquid Level Controllers We supply liquid level controllers, fluid level controllers, ammonia liquid level controllers and electronic liquid level controllers. These liquid level controllers consist of a float chamber and an electronic controller. This is widely used on all non-corrosive liquids such as :
- Ammonia
- Toluene
- Freon and others.
The electronic controller has a bar graph display mode with a level indicator module installed to continuously display the rise and fall of liquid level inside the float chamber. Our range of ammonia liquid level controller is also used to control the liquid level in various refrigeration applications like : pump tanks in gas pump system, condensers and others. This is used as a protection against too high and too low liquid levels. The electronic controller has been geared with two digits together for proper adjustment of the liquid level and differential level within a maximum range of 40 mm. Circuit loads terminals are also provided that breaks an electric circuit as the liquid rises by a differential value and makes as the liquid level falls to the set value. At the minimum level only one led glows and as the level increases more LED glows and at maximum level all the led light up. As this indication is available on every electronic controller, it can be mounted to any remote locations thus the monitoring of plant becomes very easy at a single point. Following are the specifications of our ammonia liquid level controller:
- Refrigerant R717 (NH3), R12, R22, R502
- Differential Adjustable between 10 to 40mm
- Max operating pressure for float housing 19 bar
- Enclosure for float housing IP67 for controller IP54
