Liquid Ammonia Pumps Liquid ammonia pumps are used for liquid refrigerant re-circulation systems with one or two main accumulators. Liquid ammonia pumps are developed keeping in view the Indian atmosphere and operating conditions. Construction fully compatible graded cast iron body with versatile impeller shaft and a reliable mechanical seal constitute the main parts of this pump. The design is rugged and is conducive to smooth and silent running. Being open type it is easy to operate and maintain and is backed up by our country wide after sales network.

Liquid Overfeed System : Overfeed systems (re-circulation system) are those in which excess liquid is forced, mechanically or by gas pressure, through organized-flow evaporators, separated from the vapour, and returned to the evaporators. This ensures no oil in the evaporators and no liquid slugs in the compressor leading to high saving in power and maintenance.

Advantages
- More efficient than Atmospheric type and shell & Tube Condensers.
- Uses very little water in comparison with to Atmospheric Condensers.
- Keeps condensing pressure low, there by reducing power consumption.
- Require very little space compared to Atmospheric Condensers and can be fitted over the roof top.
- No cooling tower required.
- Wind is not required and can be fitted in any direction.
- Scaling is reduced to minimum, since plain tubes are used.

Ammonia Pressure Vessels. We supply ammonia pressure vessels. The specification and technical details are given below :
Receiver : Receivers are available in 26 standard models with an internal gross volume of 4.4 to 329.1 cubic feet and a pump down capacity of 130 to 9740 pounds based on 80% of internal volume with liquid refrigerant at 90deg F. Ammonia or fluoridated receivers are made from carbon steel shell and carbon steel dished ends. Shells upto 300 mm (12") are made from seamless or welded pipes and above 300 mm, they are made from rolled plates.
Standards : All receivers are manufactured and tested as per the following standards. :
- ASME Sec.VIII
- ASME Sec.XI
- IS:2825
Range : The diameter vary from 200mm(8") to 1200mm (48") and the lengths vary from 1.5 Meters(5') to 7.5 Meters (25').
Oil Separator : Our scrubber type oil separators are designed for vertical mounting in the compressor discharge line of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems to separate entrained oil from the discharge gas and a automatically return this oil to the compressor crankcase. Oil separators are made from Carbon Steel shell and carbon steel dished ends. Shells upto 300 mm (12") are made from seamless or welded pipes and above 300 mm. they are made from rolled plates. All oil separators are manufactured and tested as per the following standards :
- ASME Sec.VIII
- ASME Sec.XI
- IS:2825
Range :Two types of oil separators are available. One with automatic oil return and other without automatic oil return. The diameters vary from 200 mm(8") to 600mm (24") and lengths vary from 1 meter(3') to 1.5 Meter(5').
Vertical Accumulator : These are made from Carbon Steel/low temp. plate shell and carbon steel/low temp. steel dished ends. Shells upto 300mm (12") are made from seamless/welded pipes and above 300 mm, they are made from rolled plates.
Standards : All accumulators are manufactured and tested as per the following standards :
- ASME Sec.VIII
- ASME Sec. IX
- IS:2825

Gas and Liquid Coolers Gas and liquid coolers are available in ten standard sizes through a capacity range of 15 to 1000 tons of ammonia refrigeration. Designed for installation in the booster discharge line, the gas and liquid coolers sub cools liquid ammonia from the receiver for the low stage load while super heating booster discharge gas to the high stage compressor. Superheat of booster discharge gas is necessary to prevent overheating of the high stage compressor.
Sub cooling of liquid refrigerant for the low stage load is essential to obtain economical thermodynamic efficiency of the refrigeration cycle. Gas and liquid coolers performs both of these functions efficiently. |

Shell and Tube Condensers Shell and tube condensers are available with a refrigeration capacity range from 10 tons to over 1000 tons. With the proper tube material selection, they can be applied to a multiplicity of refrigerants including R-717, R-22 and R-134A.
Shell diameters start at 8" and go up to 48" and even larger. Bonnets ranging from single pass to 10 pass provides maximum selection flexibility. Multiple shell arrangements can be utilized to match large refrigeration systems. Horizontal shell and tube condensers are available for sea water & marine use.

Ammonia Condensers Standard atmospheric ammonia condensers are made from 50mm NB(2") heavy class erw pipes and heavy duty "u" bends. The size is 12 pipes high x 6 meter (20') long. Ammonia condensers are supplied with gas and liquid headers and water sprinkler pipes, water sprinklers are made of Medium class GI, ERW pipes of 50mm NB (2"). The ammonia condensers are supplied with red oxide primer coating..

Cooling Coils We supply cooling coils. These cooling coils are trunk type V shaped coils. These are made of 32 NB (1-1/4") M.S.ERW heavy class pipes with suitable headers at top and bottom. These cooling coils are used for ice freezing in block ice plants. These cooling coils are tested at 31 Kg./cm2 (450 psi) after fabrication coils are supplied in Red oxide primer finish.
Range :
- Coils are made for capacities varying form 3 tons/day ice plant to 100 tons/day ice plant.
- Custom made special size coils can also be supplied.
