The new MPRCC is a complete controller to operate compressors/ chiller packages/ condensing units. It can be used for multi cylinder compressor or with rack system of multiple compressors.

The inbuilt features are: 

Four analogy inputs (4 to 20ma) for pressure transmitter eg. Compressor suction, discharge oil and intermediate.

1. Four digital inputs (potential free)
2. Six relay outputs for compressor capacity control solenoid valves and compressor start up interlock for compressor start command
3. Inbuilt time delay for differential oil trip
4. Adjustable time delay for capacity control solenoid valves

We have introduced new series of Microcontroller based controllers. The new range of MTIC has many additional features however, packed in same enclosure. Hence can be used to replace existing TIC range of Controllers

RCC is reciprocating compressor controller widely used with Kirloskar, Alfa Laval, Sabroe, Batliboi, ACCEL reciprocating compressors. RCC works by operating loading / unloading solenoid valves of a multi cylinder compressor system. RCC can be used either with RTD (Pt 100 / Pt 1000) Input or pressure transmitter input (4 to 20mA). The controller can be supplied with 4,6,8 steps.

Typical Application:

1. Neutral zone: 0.15 bar
2. Inter-stage differential: 0.10 bar
3. PRCC-04 unit stage control: 2.00 ba
